I always seem to learn best in an informal setting. Out with my photographer friends at dinner and we’re talking shop, on a walk and sharing what we’re inspired by, getting coffee and getting that one piece of info that is small, but life changing in my workflow.
This is that. Like sitting in my living room with me and learning.
This is a monthly subscription with access to a private Instagram account limited to a certain number of students.
There will be links to live video calls where I edit, behind the scenes on my shoots, and monthly Ask Me Anythings, where I will also go into depth on common topics the community asks.
Think of this as a complete behind the scenes into how I approach my art.

Once you enroll, you will have access to a private Instagram account, where I’ll be sharing everything I know.
Anything I share will be saved to the Highlights Section, so you have access to anything I’ve taught previous to your enrollment.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT?
As long as your are enrolled, you have have access to anything that has been shared previous to your enrollment, and anything I share as it comes up.
WHAT TOPICS ARE COVERED?
Since this is an informal way to learn, there is no set course structure. I will be teach what I think will be of use, both for beginners and advanced photographers. Topics can range from how I specifically edit, presets and programs I use, gear questions, client experience, booking process, how I market, printing, setting up a system for my business, workflow.
I’ll also do AMA’s, and go deep on common questions.
WILL I LEARN HOW YOU EDIT?
Editing is a huge part of my process, and I plan on covering it bit by bit, through video links to a Live Edit. If you miss a Live Edit, don’t worry, it’ll be recorded for viewing later.
IS ONLY PHOTOGRAPHY TECHNICAL INFORMATION COVERED?
This will be anything that I think will help you as an artist. That can range from things I’ve learned with focus aid, how I set up my calendar, balancing work and family life, inspiration I’ve found, books I’ve learned from, and also all the technical photography information.
IS SHOOTING FILM COVERED?
Shooting film is not covered due to the density of the information and needed a proper and large video course. But there will be times where we cover bits of film related questions.
This subscription gives youaccess to a private Instagram account, where I will be going over everything I know and sharing it with you.
You’ll get an intimate access to how I do everything. From how I approach shoots, scouting and what I look for, a comprehensive look into exactly how I edit, tips and tricks, client interactions, how I run my business on the back end, what’s in my gear bag, how I use each camera, my settings, what presets I use, what programs I use, and so on. Every single thing I utilize, I will be sharing.
And because we are ever evolving artists, as I learn new things, new cameras, new editing programs, and new ways of doing things, I’ll be sharing what I’ve been learning. I’m a big believer in the beginners mindset. Always wanting to learn new things and add to my current knowledge and toolset.
In addition, I want to know exactly what you need help with. So there will be monthlyAsk Me Anything, and I will answer what you need help with, and choosing topics to go deep into.
It also goes beyond just technical and photo aspects.
I have mentored many photographers one on one. We spend time in my home office for two days, twelve hours per day, and I help them get past mental blocks, look at their business and approach from a different perspective that aligns with them.
From these mentor sessions, I’ve learned that how we view life and our mindset is a huge part of how we run our business, and how we operate. Many times we have blocks that prevent us from getting to where we want to be, and I want you to help you feel safe in taking the jumps you know that you need, but have been scared to take.
Artists are also humans first, and so the topics covered will be anything I feel will help you show up to be the best version of you in not just your art and business, but also for yourself as a human.
I’ll be sharing everything that inspires me, artists I’ve found, practices that have helped me center my art, my mind, and my life.
Think of this as a loose version of you and me sitting in my living room, and getting to share what I know with you!
